Dit boek is een prima naslagwerk om jezelf te genezen of de kwaliteit van je leven te verbeteren. Leren koken en leven volgens basisprincipes, die de natuur nu eenmaal hanteert, maakt dat je meer tot je zelf komt en je eigen weg in het leven kunt vinden. Het fijne is, dat je door de kennis van de natuurlijke basisprincipes en deze toepassen, zelf het heft van je leven in handen neemt en werkelijke vrijheid kunt voelen. In elke situatie.
