Dit boek van Zhu Hua biedt een inleiding in de wereld van interculturele communicatie. Een interessante wereld, zeker in de huidige maatschappij! Het eerste wat mij opviel aan dit boek is het compacte formaat. Het is gemakkelijk mee te nemen in je tas en niet al te dik. Daarnaast is de voertaal dan wel Engels, maar met enige kennis van deze taal is de inhoud van het boek goed te begrijpen. Tot slot is de theorie goed toepasbaar in de praktijk. Wil jij kennismaken met interculturele communicatie? Dan is dit boek van Zhu Hua zeker een aanrader!
