Dit boek is ge-wel-dig!!!!! Werkelijkwaar álles staat erin: hoe je gerechten bereid (zowel met tekst als plaatjes uitgelegd), welke delen van welk vlees lekker zijn, welke kruiden bij welke gerechten passen.. en zo kan ik nog wel een uur doorgaan! Zeker een aanwinst!
