Als je maar een klein beetje van Engeland houdt heb je vast wel eens een heerlijke pie in de pub gegeten. Met dit boek kan je heel goed zelf aan de slag. Allerlei soorten 'pie-kes' (zoals wij ze noemen) komen voorbij zowel hartige als zoete, gemaakt met verschillende soorten deeg en vulling. Wij maken er 1 x per maand een zondagmiddag voor vrij om samen met vrienden 2 heerlijke pie-kes ;o) te maken. Dat is elke keer genieten van zowel het maken als het opeten !!
