The secret circle is een heel goed geschreven boek. Het leest heel vlot, je kan het in een dag uitlezen als je echt een boekenworm bent.
Het boek is geschreven in redelijk makkelijk engels waardoor het nog vlotter leest.
Van begin tot einde is het spannend, er zijn veel plotselinge wendingen die gebeuren in het boek, je leert de personages heel goed kennen doordat de schrijfster een heel gedetailleerd schrijft hoe ze eruit zien, wat ze doen en hoe ze zijn.
Het is zeker een aanrader om te lezen! Zeker als je gefascineerd bent door hekserij, kruiden, kristallen,...
Moest je hem ergens tegenkomen zou ik hem zeker meenemen als ik van jou was! Veel leesplezier.

good witch story

This book is about Cassie, she is forced to move to New Salem, because her mother is suppose to take care of her grandmother. Which turned out to be a lie. Cassie doesn't quite fit in at school. She noticed there is a group of students that rule the school, because the others are afraid of them. She just doen't understand why everybody is afraid. Then there has been a murder and this leads to the Initiation of Cassie, into the club or the coven of Witches that is. But to makes thinks worse she falls for the boyfriend of her dearest friend, and is blackmailed about it by Faye.
It is a good story, and I was hooked from the first page. I liked the useage of magical herbs and stones. A lot like wicca, and the spells are made up well...Like little poems. Lisa is a great writerI love oll of her work.
