Economic Policy Experiences d'Amin, Obote II et Museveni I d'Ouganda

The publication concentrates on economic policy experiences of the major political regimes of Amin (1971-1979), Obote II (1980-1985), and Museveni I (1986-1995) in Uganda. After the content list is a"guide through the text." The first chapter looks at the current structure of the Uganda economy and the second addresses modelling, the used system estimation technique, and some theoretical issues of macroeconomic goals or objectives and policies - orthodox and heterodox. Chapter three gives the policy experiences (1970-1996) but starting with the earlier period of relative political stability since political independence (1962-1971) followed by the economic war pronouncements and other developments of the 1970s then exchange rate policies, Bank/Fund programmes, institutional and structural reforms and lastly the role of donors of the time.
