In 'Flee. Migrate and Dream', the author Johnn Brenner londoño Garzon shares his life experiences, the lessons, and the knowledge he has acquired as part of the process of having to live as a foreigner and immigrant, from the forced flight from his native Colombia due to his political thoughts and his position as a social leader, through his journey across countries in Europe and America in search of new beginnings, to his final settlement in the United States, where he still resides today. Johnn Brenner londoño Garzon was born on November 2, 1975, in Cali, Colombia. In November 2016, he began his social leadership as the founder and president of the Sintralfagres union, served as vice-president in the Inter-Union of Southern Soacha-Bogotii, founded & managed the Coopfutuross cooperative, and actively participated as a union and social leader in the major national strikes that took place in Colombia in 2020 and 2021 against the misgovernment of former president Ivan Duque Marquez.
