Left for dead after a battle, Luca is saved by the mysterious Pontiff and learns he is not the only person with unusual powers. The Pontiff has formed a special team of Branch-hexed individuals he plans to use to help him defeat rival empires—and Luca learns that his powers, rather than being an escape from the battlefield, now force him to be a muse of massacre.

The Bugle Call: Song of War n'est pas un manga shonen typique. C'est sombre, parfois intense, mais c'est justement cela qui le rend si fort. Cela montre que la musique n'est pas toujours pure ou belle, mais peut aussi être utilisée comme une arme. Cette première partie pose une base captivante. Un personnage principal puissant et suffisamment d'indices vers des conflits plus importants. Pour les fans de dark fantasy et d'histoires de guerre réalistes avec une bonne touche magique, c'est vraiment à recommander. L'histoire pique la curiosité et reste gravée, je veux immédiatement continuer la lecture. J'ai immédiatement acheté tous les volumes disponibles jusqu'au vol 4. Je les ai lus d'affilée sans pause. Pour moi c'est le numéro 1 manga de 2025!
