As far as Self-Help in concerned. I took all the best thoughts from many books and put them all into one manuscript. Some truths are very hard to come by. One can read an entire book and only get true meaning from it in one page, these idea's are written here. All in this book, you will gain many insights. I discuss all the Addictions and the Pros and Cons of 12 step programs.

I will discuss issues that effect us all. Love, Homosexuality, Todays Religious issues, thoughts and idea's you wont find Googling at it. There are also some topics on Soulmates, Spirituality and things of that caliber. This book is for the open minded. It's an honest look at where we stand today as an American Society or any Society for that matter. With the direction we are heading into now we need to clear the air on a few things. That's a big part of this book. As humans with keen minds we should be curious and look into the workings of things no matter what the Media has us try and believe.
