Capacity Management

Good capacity management is about no surprises. It will enable an organization to manage resources in times of crisis and predict the need for additional hardware in advance. The purpose of this module is to provide guidance on how to justify and establish a capacity management function, and the procedures necessary for the planning, implementation and running of this function.
