Quality Financial Report Audit Characteristics and Financial Reporting Quality in Nigerian Financial Institutions

This study investigates the impact of IFRS on the development characteristics of financial institutions in Nigeria. This study particularly aims to determine the relationship between control dimensions and marketing effectiveness; review the relationship between the independent audit committee and quality reporting staff; examine the relationship between auditor performance and corporate reporting; Connecting financial audit teams and business intelligence. This study adopted a qualitative research design and selected seven (n=7) samples from 16 deposit banks in Nigeria. Data were collected from banking data every year from 2015 to 2022. Similarly, data were tested using root-mean-square, Johansen correlation coefficient, and statistical tests. Be sure to verify the value of the profile. However, the collected data needs to be analyzed using the least squares and correlation analysis with the help of electronic imaging.
