Ik ben vormgever en veel van de systemen die Alan Cooper omschrijft zijn de systemen die ik in de toekomst moet maken. Het grootste probleem bij IT gerelateerde zaken is het niet inschatten hoeveel werk het kost om iets goed te maken. Een toegankelijk en goed boek voor iedereen die zich bezig moet houden met complexe systemen. Het leert je op een andere manier te kijken naar de grote boze wereld en hoe je moet omgaan met verschillende meningen. (verschillen tussen programmeur / designer bijvoorbeeld)
