He has authored over 35 books on horticulture and biotechnology. He authored over 180 research papers and contributed over 100 invited chapters. Dr. Parthasarathy and Dr. Utpala Parthasarathy have edited jointly two volumes on spice crop which were published by Today and Tomorrow’s Printers and Publishers.
