  • Goed boek maar te veel achtergrondinformatie

    Positieve punten

    • Beschrijft OKRs en het gebruik ervan heel goed.

    Negatieve punten

    • Erg veel historie en achtergrondinformatie.

    Het is een goed boek waarin OKRs goed worden uitgelegd. Er wordt alleen heel veel geschiedenis verteld over de achtergrond en de bedrijven waar het is gebruikt. Dat had best iets minder gemogen. De appendixes met o.a. het Google OKR playbook geven een heel goed overzicht. Ik wil lezers adviseren hier eerst mee te beginnen.
