In 2003 trad ze samen met Nicole Richie (geadopteerde dochter van Lionel Richie) op in de realityserie The Simple Life. In deze serie gingen Paris en Nicole naar de Amerikaanse staat Arkansas, waar ze bij een boerengezin terechtkwamen en voor het eerst in hun leven moesten werken.
