Tijdens mijn studie had ik al geleerd wat Scrum was en waarvoor je het kan gebruiken, tijdens projecten hebben we Scrum ook volgens de richtlijnen toegepast. Van dit boek heb ik toch nog veel opgestoken omdat Sutherland erg veel verteld over hoe Scrum tot stand is gekomen. Dus als je antwoord zoekt op de 'Waarom?' vraag is dit een goed boek om te lezen, tevens wordt in het boek Scrum uitgelegd van A tot Z. Alles is geschreven in verhaal vorm dus het leest ook wel prettig. Maar als je puur een boek zoekt om Scrum mee toe te passen, dus meer een soort handboek dan is dit boek wel langdradig.
als je informatie zoekt over scrum dan is dit het boek waarmee je moet beginnen !! van de 'uitvinder' van scrum zelf - duidelijker kan het niet ;-)
