De hypothese of misschien wel geloof dat de singulariteit spreekt me wel aan. Ik las vanochtend in de Volkskrant een artikel over de vooruitgang die geboekt wordt bij spraakherkenning in relatie tot het ' aflezen ' van de hersenen bij een onderzoek van de universiteit van Berkely. Kurzweil toont mijn inziens in het boek en op TED overtuigend aan dat onze paradgima's met exponentiele snelheid wisselen. Het artikel in de Volkskrant is daar een mooi voorbeeld van. Een lezenswaardig boek, waarbij eigenlijk in de eerste hoofdstukken de essentie wordt aangeraakt. De overige hoofdstukken leggen zich toe op onderbouwing en weerleggen van kritiek. Dit maakt het ook in de opbouw een logisch boek.
