Amy C. Edmondson schrijft erg goed en dat kan niet van iedere schrijver van managementboeken geschreven worden. Als je het boek gelezen hebt, snap je dat de wereld helaas vergaan is van populaire kwakzalverij-werken over leiderschap. Weg met leiderschapstypes, persoonlijkheidstypes, goeroe's, eenvoudige succesrecepten, etc. Teaming als werkwoord is om den donder niet eenvoudig en ze legt rustig uit waarom niet. Gelukkig vertelt ze wat je wel kunt doen. Tip: samen met "The Fearless Organisation" aanschaffen. En je krikt je Engels wat op.
