Laat maar liggen dit boekje, hier heb je niks aan... Ik had het gekocht omdat ik wat advies zocht over stijlkeuzes, en inspiratie voor kleding an accessoires. Hoewel er mooie tekeningetjes in dit boek staan, stelt het inhoudelijk jammer genoeg echt helemaal niets voor. Tenzij je geholpen bent met algemeenheden en clichès als 'bontjassen zorgen voor een opvallende look' 'een little black dress is chique' en 'zorg dat je voeten goed verzorgd zijn als je open schoenen draagt'. Nergens een goed, inhoudelijk advies waar je wat aan hebt, nergens iets wat je zelf nog niet allang bedacht had. Naarmate ik verder las begon ik me steeds meer te ergeren aan het betweterige toontje en het totale gebrek aan inhoud. Nee, echt het geld niet waard.

Dit boek is een goed voor iedereen die van mode houdt en zijn eigen stijl wil ontdekken. Het geeft vooral tips over hoe je zelf je eigen stijl vindt en hoe je daarin elegant blijft. Ook geeft het tips over welke fashion items je echt nodig hebt als basis voor je kledingkast, om van daaruit verder uit te breiden met je persoonlijke stijl.
