Geschreven bij A Summer at Sea
A Summer at Sea is a feel good book about Emily, who decides to take a sabbatical from her work as a midwife to be the cook on a puffer. Something completely different, but that is what she needs to recharge. And of course while being a part of the crew on the puffer, she meets Alasdair, the brother of her friend and boss of the puffer. How will he fit into her life in the end?
The author of this book is clearly a big fan of the Scottish landscape and of Fair Isle Knitting. She mentions it often and speaks warmly about it.
