TLDR: If you're looking for a portable device for very, very light browsing - and you don't need a touchscreen -, the Acer Chromebook 11 is probably your best bet at this price range. If you need enough power to manage 10, 15 tabs on Chrome and a couple of Android apps, you'll need to spend more money.
Pros: Beautifully light and silent; simple, but attractive design; four USB ports, two type C (both can be used for charging the device) and two type A; very decent keyboard and trackpad, but not backlight on the former; better-than-expected screen; great battery life.
Con: way, way too slow, even for ChromeOS. It's genuinely frustrating and often infuriating.
