Barbecue, Fried Chicken and "Where's the Will?"

This play, based on the novel, Barbecue, Fried Chicken and ''Where's the Will?'', also by Shanna Riker, is a light-hearted family drama. It is a play in two acts that follows three generations of southern women as they deal with an important death in the family. Mothers, daughters, sisters and friends come together to help each other survive, in the only way southern women know how. The table is always full of the most delicious comfort foods, the wine is generously poured, and the cigarette supply is endless. The Robertson living room is filled to the brim with love, bickering, heart-warming memories, and the inevitible question: ''Where is the Will?'' As everyone tries to deal with their grief they all know that nothing can be put to rest until someone finds the will. Play/ Family Drama/ 7 Females/ Set in modern day in a living room in the south.
