The aim of this trilogy is to integrate the theoretical foundation of ECO-Coaching with your own personal knowledge, adding the shared experiences of people who have coached and been coached with ECO-Coaching, and to give you a look at specific coaching exercises.
By doing so you discover yourself as an ECO-Coach, finding your personal style of asking questions, and creating exercises adapted for those you coach.
ECO-Coaching is equally applicable within any setting: sports, business, education, and/or personal life.
In this book, the examples are primarily sport related.
However, if your main area of interest is different, then feel free to use your own familiar situation when reading the material.
If you do so, you will discover for yourself that ECO- Coaching is truly universal.
Imagine helping people achieve sustainable personal growth through self-knowledge.
And, imagine generating that self-knowledge through the process of asking questions and allowing answers from within to be discovered, considered, and recognized as insight.
ECO-Coaching consists of three books:
Book 1 lays down a network of fundamental ECO-Coach principles.
These principles are explained using supportive knowledge and coaching application.
Book 2 presents the personal ECO-Coach experiences of a number of people from various sectors of life, such as; business, education, and sport.
Book 3 describes how mental and physical challenges can be combined to create custom-made exercises which meet the specific needs of the person being coached.
