Bijzonder inzichtelijk boek met enorm veel goede inzichten. De beschrjjving bijvoorbeeld van de overgang van os naar paard als lastdier is extreem inzichtelijk. Evenals dat er al industrialisatie was voor de industriele revolutie. Een boek dat ik nog vaak open zal slaan. Absolute aanrader
