This book is written by a neurologist and very informative. It also lays everything out with scientific data but in simple terms. It lays out what everyone does not want to admit on why we are getting sicker and heavier everyday. Our society is overconsuming sugar and carbs! Our body does NOT even need carbs to survive hoever, we teach our children bread is good and we must eat it! Take the time to read this book. You will be better (if you start eating as per the authors recommendations and have more energy than you ever imagined).
