I am over 75 years old in excellent health and very physically active. Since I am frequently asked how I do it, I decided to write a book on it. The book discusses the ways to live happier with less stress and laughing more about life. It isn't hard to accomplish this and is very basic. No special foods, exercises, medications, etc. are required. Easy low stress level living is require. By living happier you will live longer. It is based on my own experiences. The method allows you to enjoy life more and doesn't put restrains on your life style. In fact it will free you up to enjoy life more. It applies to all ages from 1 to 100+.
