I remember reading the first in the Chocolate Lovers' series, and getting hooked immediately... I ran to the library to take out the second book as soon as I finished the first one. I love all of Carole Matthews' books but the Chocolate Lovers' club has got something special to it. Chocolate and best friends, it can't get much better than that... So when I found out there was a new episode I got it asap, and it did not disappoint! This book is once again a mixture of funny and also sad occurrences, both brought to the reader in a light-hearted way, and many times so funny it makes you grin or laugh out loud. Lucy, Nadia, Autumn and Chantal all have a different kind of personality and a different kind of life and I think that is what appeals to the reader, you can recognize yourself in them. And friendship and chocolate are something all of us want, love and treasure! In this third book you'll find out what happens to Nadia after the tragic loss she suffered in the second book; how things go with Lucy and her Crush and the masterplan she conjures up to deal with Nadia´s brother-in-law; how Autumn gets life sorted out love and family-wise; and how Chantal deals with the struggles in her marriage. I don´t want to give away too much of what happens, just get the book and get reading! Guaranteed to make you feel good. I know that with next month´s paycheck I´m going to get the fourth (and sadly, probably the last Chocolate Lovers book...) in the series and ´eat´ it up in no time with some chocolate and coffee within reach :)
