    De schrijver - Joe Friel - is voor duursporters een autoriteit op trainingsgebied, hij gaat hierbij zeer wetenschappelijk te werk.

    Ik zou dit niet aanraden aan familie of vrienden omdat ze er niets mee zijn. Pas als je een power meter hebt, en de cyclists training bible van J. Friel gelezen hebt, dan ben je iets met dit boek. Het is handig in afwachting van de volgende editie van de training bible.
