Training is an effective integer in all firms sector strategy, but firms don't determine the impact of hr training programs over the employees. HR training is efficient only if it produces desired outcome. When the administration is implementing a hr raining program, there should be an model facility on which the assessment strategy can be improved, and classification of strength of hr training and usage activities can be through. In simple terms, training and development refer to the imparting of specific skills, abilities and knowledge to an employee. A formal definition of training & development is that it is any attempt to improve current or future employee performance by increasing an employee's ability to perform through learning, usually by changing the employee's attitude or increasing his or her skills and knowledge. The training need analysis process can be as detailed or as simple as the situation requires. The type of needs analysis used should ultimately be based on the goal, however, other factors such as time, available resources, money, etc should also be considered.
