The novel "The Vineyard Night" dedicated to Jerusalem - the center of the world, the epicenter of ongoing contention. The story of the fate of the eternal wanderer, caught in Jerusalem the beginning of the XXI century, intertwined with the narrative of Jerusalem of the forties of the last century, where the Stalinist empire starts hogging the vast possessions were lost royal crown; where "red" and "white" church, the Jewish underground and secret service of Britain are fighting for control of the city. The author creates vivid images of Jerusalem and the actors in this drama. The story "The plot" plot and thematically linked to the novel: it tells the story of a youth of the older generation of the family of the hero, the path which runs from the small town of the Civil War - via Moscow - Jerusalem.
