Je krijgt heel veel informatie in één boek, met heel veel praktische uitleg. Wel geen 'leesboek', m.a.w. niet zo boeiend om in een keer uit te lezen omdat de structuur vaak hetzelfde is, om bvb recepten of verschillende belangrijke kruiden per periode te geven.
