Eerste keer werd het boek helemaal niet geleverd (lag aan DHL niet bol.com), 2e keer kwam hij beschadigd aan en 3e keer ging het eindelijk goed. Werd goed geholpen door de klanten service. Boek is mooi en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
