"Peter McDonald (Coonabarabran, 22 september 1978) is een Australisch voormalig professioneel wielrenner. Hij reed voor onder meer Drapac Porsche en V Australia. In 2009 werd hij verrassend Australisch kampioen op de weg bij de elite. Een jaar later won hij het eindklassement van de UCI Oceania Tour.

In dit boek vind je alles over vertering van eenmagigen en meermagigen terug. Het is geen makkelijk boek maar als je goed de tijd voor neemt dan zou je alles redelijk kunnen volgen. Soms raak je de draad op sommige momenten in het boek kwijt maar wanneer je doorleest en de nodige tekeningen bekijkt snap je waar het uiteindelijk over gaat.
