"Sarah Smart (Birmingham, 3 maart 1977) is een Brits actrice. Smart werd geboren in Birmingham waar zij de middelbare school doorliep aan de St Paul's School for Girls. Smart begon in 1989 als jeugdactrice met acteren in de film Ball-Trap on the Cote Sauvage, waarna zij nog meerdere rollen speelde in films en televisieseries. Zij speelde in onder andere At Home with the Braithwaites (2000-2003) en Wallander (2008-2012).

Within these pages, we travel together through a year of Sarah’s life, a year of boot camp—a boot camp that allowed her to experience God’s grace like never before, a boot camp that’s filled with cancer and loss. Sarah helps us recognize God’s grace in our lives and our place in the world. She shares her boot camp experience filled with training on how to be still. Be still and know that He is God.
