Het simpele bestellen, volgen van je zending is prima in orde.
Minpunt vind ik de verpakking. Ik zie ook graag minder verpakking, maar een boek in een papieren zak vind ik geen goede zaak.
De hoeken raken beschadigd door het transport. Een doos is in mijn ogen een stuk fijner.
