Het boek verdient een vertaling want het beschrijft de teloorgang van niet alleen de arbeidersklasse maar wellicht van de VS als leidende industrienatie. We hebben nog lang niet alles meegemaakt van wat er nog aankomt uit Azië.

Veel herhaling. Slecht tot niet onderbouwde voorkeur van de schrijvers waar vanuit geredeneerd wordt. Veel interessante feitjes die tot bitter weinig leiden.
