Typisch Neal Stephenson, een episch verhaal waar alles inzit: humor, wetenschap een goed verhaal, en bovenal, heel goed geschreven. Hij verkent de grens tussen mens en machine, sterfelijkheid en onsterfelijkheid. Je moet er even inkomen, maar het boek is echt de moeite waard.
