Leszek Kolakowski
De Poolse filosoof Leszek Kolakowski (1927-2009) is auteur van een indrukwekkend oeuvre waarvoor hij meerdere malen werd onderscheiden, o.a. met de Erasmusprijs (1983), de John Kluge Prijs (de 'Nobelprijs' voor de humaniora; 2003) en de Jeruzalemprijs (2007).
