iedereen de spellen van de Halo-serie leuk vind, maar meer wil weten van over het Halo-universum, moet dit boek hebben. het bevat een overzichtelijke tijdlijn van de gebeurtenissen, een uitgebreid werk over de UNSC, Covenant, de Forerunners en de Flood. maar allerbelangrijkste is het hoofdstuk over Master Chief en de overige Spartans. alles wordt in deze Encyclopedia uitgelegd en alles valt als een puzzel in elkaar. het boek is professioneel opgesteld en je ziet echt dat het gemaakt is door mensen die een passie hebben voor Halo, namelijk de makers van Halo. het geeft ook een goed beeld over de gebeurtenissen die gaan komen in het nieuwste deel van Halo, Halo Reach, dat snel uitkomt. kortom, een goed boek voor de echte Halo-kenner
