Heel erg mooi boek over hoe huidige organisaties niet aansluiten bij de behoeften van de mens, en hoe we organisaties moeten ontwerpen die het beste in de mens naar boven halen. Een goed boek om na Rutger Bregman’s ‘De meeste mensen deugen’ te lezen, gezien het eenzelfde boodschap brengt: de wereld is te repareren. Goed alternatief is Laloux’ ‘Reinventing Organisations’, die dezelfde boodschap met een minder economisch maar meer psychologisch perspectief brengt. Samen de perfecte reads voor organisatieontwerpers!

- geen minpunten. goede harde kaft.
Het boek legt uit wat de oorsprong is van bureaucratie, en het nut dat het gehad heeft. En vervolgens de aanzienlijke schade die het nu aanricht, en hoe we bureaucratie kunnen stoppen. Inhoudelijk sterk, en bovendien enorm prettig leesbaar. Het heeft me echt gegrepen.
