Geschreven bij Lehninger Principles of Biochemistry

Dit boek wordt niet geseald verzonden. Eerste keer is hij los verzonden in een kartonnen doos met andere studieboeken die ik had besteld. De doos was heel ruim en is helemaal kapot gegaan en het boek zelf was dus ook totaal niet meer netjes.
Tot 2 keer toe vervanging aangeboden gekregen, die werd verstuurd in een te grote papieren enveloppe zonder enige vorm van padding. Niet genoeg beschermd dus (boek kan bewegen en komt verkreukeld aan). Ontzettend zonde van zulke mooie dikke boeken.

Ik heb dit ook via de klantenservice van bol.com aangegeven. Hopelijk pakken ze het op en zorgen ze voor een betere verpakking van grote (studie)boeken.

Levertijd was wel snel, maar het product is dus door de verzendwijze dramatisch. Je kan net zo goed tweedehands boeken kopen.
