Heb het boek moeten aanschaffen vanwege mijn opleiding IBL. Regelmatig gebruik gemaakt van het boek, voor handig bij het analyseren van de supply chain van bedrijven waarbij je kijkt waar ze kunnen verbeteren. Makkelijk geschreven en te begrijpen boek.
