Geschreven bij Mastering the Art of War

Een interessante kijk in de gedachten over oorlogvoering en de bijkomstige moraliteit van Zhuge Liang, China's grootste generaal uit de tijd van de 3 koninkrijken en diens opvolger Liu Ji.
Opzichzelfstaand niet zeer bijzonder, maar een goede toevoeging als men geïnteresseerd is in de persoon Zhuge Liang, en onderzoek naar hem doet of een boek leest waarin hij een belangrijke rol speelt.
De lessen uit dit boek zijn heden ten dage nauwelijks van toepassing, hoewel er qua moraliteit wel degelijk lering uit te trekken valt.
Al met al de moeite waard als men geïnteresseerd is in Zhuge Liang of de krijgskunst.
