Dit is een erg leuk, en inspirerend boek met veel mooie recepten, goede uitleg, en mooie foto's. Het laat goed de connecties zien tussen de Spaanse en Noord-Afrikaanse keukens, en biedt heel veel lekkere recepten uit beide keukens, die ook nog eens mooi te combineren zijn. Omdat dit alweer een beetje een ouder kookboek is, lijkt het vaak niet zo vernieuwend, maar dat maakt de recepten niet minder lekker!
