Overcoming Pain

Is it possible to live a life of victory over pain? How can I know if I am headed in the right direction or if I need to make a change? Why does it seem like those who do good suffer the most, and those who don't appear to get away? Why should I not give up? In John 16:33 we find these words: "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." In Overcoming Pain, you'll learn and perhaps be reminded of the principles from God's Word that will enable you to walk joyfully in the overcoming lifestyle. No matter what has happened in your past, you are facing in your present, or will come in your future, you can live as the head and not the tail; above only and not beneath Rev. Dr. Norman E. Fields is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Presently he resides in Magnolia, Delaware with his wife Cynthia, also a Gospel preacher and two of his three children; Cordell and Joshua. He holds a Masters of Science in Community Counseling from Wilmington University in Dover, DE, and a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Studies from Friends International Christian University in Merced, California. He is nearing completion of his PhD of Philosophy in Religious Studies from the same University.
