The new Plantronics MDA 480 QD switcher is very easy to use and allows you to switch between your desktop phone and your SoftPhone without having to change headphones. This switch has been designed so that users can control the audio from different devices in a single headset in the most comfortable way.
The MDA 490 QD is very intuitive, the easy-to-access buttons allow you to switch and mute your calls easily.

Available models
There are two models available. The MDA480 QD provides a quick disconnect interface with Plantronics EncorePro headsets and provides access to data such as usage, conversation and acoustic analytics. The MDA490 QD offers everything the MDA480 QD does, and also leverages a digital connection to the digital versions of EncorePro headsets to add inventory tracking of specific headsets to Plantronics Manager Pro.
