Zelden heb ik zo'n divers en rijk kookboek gehad! Van de Kaukasus tot Centraal Azië loopt een zeer uiteenlopende cuisine met invloeden uit het Midden Oosten, Rusland, China en Oost Europa. Met mooie foto's en historische achtergrond verhalen bij de types eten is het ook een heel leuk boek om wat te leren over andere culturen. De recepten staan helder uitgelegd en hebben weinig ingrediënten die ook makkelijk te vinden zijn in de supermarkt. Een echte aanrader dus!

Dit kook boek is zoals ik het precies graag zie. Met veel culturele informatie, prachtige foto's , zowel van de diverse landen als van de heerlijke recepten.
