In tegenstelling tot andere boeken over je fotografie hobby, gaat dit boek niet over digitale nabewerking van foto's.

De auteur neemt je mee op reis langs de weg van wat een foto onderscheidend maakt. En welke, theoretische, compositorische regels daar aan ten grondslag liggen. Het is daarmee een behoorlijk moeilijk boek.

Maar als je de moeite neemt om de inhoud rustig te bestuderen, zal het je zeker helpen om 'sterkere' foto's te nemen.

Zwart/wit conversie in PhotoShop komt ook aan de orde. Zowel globale als locale aanpassingen.
