Dit boek brengt op een heldere en vooral zeer pragmatische manier hoe je veranderingsmanagement het best aanpakt. Het voelt als een kookboek waar je stap voor stap uitgelegd krijgt hoe te werk te gaan. Een echte aanrader en het geld meer dan waard !
