Mark Strand

Mark Strand (1934) schreef een groot aantal bundels poëzie, waaronder Blizzard of one, waarvoor hij de Pulitzer Prize kreeg. Hij was Poet Laureate van de Verenigde Staten en ontving in 2004 de Wallace Stevens Award voor zijn gehele oeuvre. Hij woont en werkt in New York.
